I had to add and subtract from my order several times and they worked with me to make this happen. Then I needed to ask for everything to be delivered a day earlier due to some family issues and they accommodated me promptly with a new schedule. The divert person text and called to let me know when they were going to drop off and when they were going to pick up so no surprises when this was going to happen. The delivery staff are very friendly and a joy to work with as well. At time of pick up I neglected to put out the bin with the tablecloths and thought I would need to return this personally myself but no they sent out one of their delivery persons to pick it up. This is the second event that I’ve used Kelly’s for an event and they are very professional. I went to the website, input the items I wanted, received a quote via text and email and when I was ready (no sells pressure) I paid my invoice to hold my reservation. I received a text a few days prior asking if they could drop the table and chairs a day early with no additional charge. They picked the equipment up promptly and called to say they were on their way. If I ever need more equipment I will definitely use them again!

We recently rented chairs for a baby shower that had to be rescheduled twice - once due to weather and the second time due to the baby showing up early, but they worked with me on rescheduling with no problem. Arrived in a timely fashion... and quality products!!

So pleased! I rented cocktail tables for people to stand around for a backyard event. We wanted a way to celebrate our son's high school graduation and still encourage social distancing, so a backyard party worked out really well. Kelly Rentals was HALF of anyone else's bid. And since my party started early Saturday morning, they delivered on Friday for a very small fee so I could have the tables decorated and ready to go. The best thing is the driver called me Friday as the truck was being loaded to double check to make sure they were loading the right things for me, that my needs hadn't changed or something like that. and he stayed in touch with me by phone during the day to let me know when to expect him. Excellent customer service.

We had our sons first birthday party, but last minute realized we needed more seating. Kelly rentals made the process of getting what we needed simple and stress free. I am BEYOND satisfied with their service! they were super responsive to my questions leading up to my event. They get customer service! We had a company wide even requiring 33 tables, chairs, and table cloths. Their team arrived on team, set everything up, and steamed each table cloth in under 2 hours. They were in constant communication with our needs, as well as their own to ensure everything went smoothly. In the end, our event went great, and we received many compliments on the set up! We used Kelly Rentals for an event we had at the house. From the beginning customer service was impeccable. He was very responsive through texts, even though there were so many! The chairs, tables and table cloths rented were in excellent condition. overall he had the cheapest price for everything. Delivery was a breeze and cheaper than what others charge by far (even other companies who were closer). Will def use them for any future rental needs.
